The person whose photograph has appeared online as Christopher Feldman in relation to IDC and various frauds is in fact Rolf Barandun. I met him in Prague/Liberec, Czech Republic, several years ago when he was running a scam under the company name of International Development Fund (IDF). This is definitely the same guy and is to be avoided at all costs. If his lips are moving, he's lying (which he can do in multiple languages including German, Czech, English, French and Spanish, and perhaps others. Putting on accents is no problem for him.
