I responded to a pop-up ad which said that I could pay the postage to receive a sample of a product that was available because Macy's was downsizing stores and sample prodcut was available if i paid the postage. It seemed like a good idea and I was willing to pay the postage.

Instead the company used the card to sign me up to recurring product ordering.

The charges were Pure Vitality Serum 8778190911 CA for $94.90

CI*CASCADAREVITA 888-598-3149 for S93.30
