I ordered a leather sofa set

The item arrived with poor packaging that resulted in damages in the three pieces.

Called them and reported the incident and sent pictures.

They refused to contact me and refused to asnwer my calls for three weeks.

 

I had to file a claim with my credit card, they they contacted me and sent a local guy to repair my sofa set.

Overall I had a bad experience with them, I will not deal with them again.
