I took my phone to iFixandRepair a week ago and they charged me a $50.00 fee and lied about the diagnosis of the phone. They said they can fix ANYTHING, kept my cellphone for a week and now said that the technician is simply not going to fix because it's unrepairable. Their card says they can fix unrepairable cellphones and when I explained the issue with the touchscreen and motherboard they assured me that it could get fixed within 2 days.

I feel deceved that they charged me a fee that is non-refundable knowing the issue at hand having lied that they could fix it.
