The following is what I wrote to PayPal and the BBB: The ad stated that I would receive a guide in which to chose my
free item, however the guide was electronic, so s&h was not necessary, and the guide was just links to other sites in which to do more transactions in order to receive the free item. Also, the free items listed on the ifree website did not match those offered in the 'guide' as stated on their site. I have asked for a refund from the merchant with no response. I am not satisfied with these transactions. Emails have suggested merchandise being sent via standard mail, NOT electronically. This is a scam and I will be reporting this company to the proper authorities as well, but I want my money back. I had two transactions of the same amount ($19.95) for a shipping and handling fee of an electronic item that was nothing but a link to other sites. NOT AS ADVERTISED/FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I requested two 52" Sony Bravia 3D LED/LCD HD televisions, and those are not even available through the 'guide' that was emailed to me. This is a bogus company. This is how the ad reads:

iFree Club offers over 40 of the most popular products to our Club members at no cost to you as part of a LimeWire and FrostWire court ordered settlement. We've partnered with LimeWire and FrostWire to bring you the best free settlement offers.

Your Desired Resolution:

I would like a refund of the $39.90 that I am out. Shipping and handling fees should not be charged for items 'shipped' via email links.
