IFSuites (IFSTAYS) Melbourne IFSuites (IFSTAYS) Light House Victoria One Apartment Do Not Stay in this awful place! No customer service either Melbourne Victoria

I recently booked a stay at the IFSuites (IFSTAYS) Light House Victoria One Apartment. Worst mistake of my life!

First of all, they give you the wrong address...They said it was 450 Elizabeth, when in fact it's 442 elizabeth street.

So here I was walking around China town with 2 huge lugagge trying to find the building since I had the wrong address. 

Then, when I finally made into the place, it looked nothing like the pictures! It was much smaller than the pictures, did not have the view shown, the bed was small and uncomfortable and the area of town was terrible.

Honestly, pay a little bit more and stay elsewhere. The listing says this place is 5 stars, but really it's a 3 at best. If you really want to book 5 stars, book a hotel in a good part of town. 

Once I checked in, I left 30 minutes later and booked the crowne plaza. There is no way I could stay in such an uncomfortable place. Plus the internet did not work, and i need to be able to work when I travel. 

I returned the keys and asked for a partial refund since I could not stay in such a dump, but they refused, so I'm writing this review to spare any future travelers from making this mistake which could make your whole trip unpleasant.
