Igametester is a fraud and needs to be stopped!!! Internet
*Consumer Suggestion: Solution to how I got my refund!!!
*Consumer Comment: igametester appears to be a scam!
I was looking for part-time work for my family. I saw Igamemaster on the internet and thought I would give it a try. They promised 24/7 online support and access to compaines to apply for postions. Once I paid my money, I went to a site with the compaines listed. I thought it looks legit. Once I left the site, I could not access the companies. I tried to contact there support but the email address doesn't exist. This is simply a trap to take your money. They promise a money back guarntee within 30 days but you can't contact the company. This needs to be addressed!!!

For all of you hopeful people looking to get into the game testing workforce through Igametester, here's my advice--don't do it! However, if you did go through with it, here's what I did to finally get my $35 back: I made my purchase through PayPal. So, if you did it this way here's the steps:
1- go to www.paypal.com/securitycenter
2- go to the left-hand side of the page and click "file a transaction dispute"
3-log-in to pay pal account
4-click on "resolution center"
5- click "report a problem"
6-click "item dispute"
7- click "continue"
8- click " select transaction ID"
9- click on transaction with igametester or solidworkgroup
10-explain the problem and demand your $ back
Paypal is the middle-man and they will send the dispute report to igametester for them to resolve it. They have 20 days to do so. However, I lit a fire under their butts with this method, and they had the $ returned to my paypal acct. within the HOUR! From there, simply transfer the refunded paypal account $ back into your regular bank account at the "transfer" $ icon at the top. You will get no apologies from these scam artist, but at least you should get your $ back if it worked out like mine did. Hope this is helpful to you.

I have had the same problem with this company. There is NO opportunity to work at home as they have stated! You have to work/live in CA for the jobs that are listed. Plus, what gaming co. ould let you work at home anyway? We might give away their top secret new games we would test. ( I didn't think about that til later on) I have gotten an inaccurate email for support. I requested my $ back as well. I did my transaction through paypal, so I called them for further contact info concerning igametester. They are a.k.a solid work group. I have gotten this phone number: 917-331-5740. I called and no one answered. However, you can try to leave a message. I plan on calling them everyday to bug them to give me back my money.
I got this e-mail too, but have not gotten back a reply: solidworkgroup@gmail.com and www.isecretshopper.com . Hopefully you can get a hold of them. This seems to be a scam and a scam is theft. We should find others and assemble as many people as we can to complain on this site as well as Better Business Bureau website. We should get many to bombard igametesters with phone messages and email til they send $ back. I may set up a website in order to smear their names in the mud and get as many people to turn away from buying from them so they are not scammed. I hear your pain and I'm here to help channel it back to them. The key is to be PERSISTENT on this to succeed or it just keeps happening.
