I got a loan from Iggy loans 2 years ago. A few days ago I received a phone call telling me They are suing me for defaulting on the loan. I was under the impression that the loan was payed off when the money was no longer being removed from my account. No one ever contacted me to tell me that they were having a problem or that the money was not being withdrawn. Now all of a sudden 2 yrs. later they are trying to sue me? Seriously? They are a bunch of con artists and should be out of business.

There are alot of scammers out there to make a quick buck and try to pressure you into making payments over phone to avoid legal action. Its sad because alot of people actually fall for it. They are a couple things to always look for to make sure your dealing with a legitimate company. Check credit reports make sure that account is showing as paid and not being reported as a collection. Secondly you can request a validation of the debt. Third thing you can do is contact an attorney who offers free consultations to ask questions and guide you through this. Someone who knows what there doing and the laws and how you are protected from these debt buyers. I delt with this with my father being scammed and contacted USCLG there in fullerton CA Law offices of joseph C Rosenblit 1-866-333-0408 ext 7323 they will help you clear this up and answer any questions you may have for free! There was no pressure they helped me pull credit reports with my permission and track down any lingering debts from my past and helped me save money on them as well! check em out!
