IGIA - Singer Wind, Laser Storm Vacuums IGIA THEIVES! Product returned -Refund Promised, Never Received New York New York

We ordered from the TV on July 18 of 2005, Card Charged immediately,not for 1 order, but for two orders. We did not receive product until August 26, 2005. When we called to tell them of the error and wanted to send back one order, we could not get thru to them until September 20th and by then we were so done with the whole issue, we wanted to return all of the items and just get our money back.

Once we heard back from them it took another two months before we could get thru to someone to get the ship back information. We All of the product back on December 16th and they received and signed for on December 19th. We got thru again on January 19, 2006 and were told we would be credited on 1/27/06, 2/3, 2/6, 2/11 3/23, etc. After a number of calls, which we were hung up on and e-mails, we still, as of November 13,2006, have not received our money back.

I am also interested in a class action suit. I am looking into how to proceed. I have called today and now one of the supposed corporate phone numbers 1/800/709/2216 is another scam, which I got a hold of Beauty Secrets Revealed. It is all computer generated and if you ask for status of that product it will refer you to 1/800/974/8590, which I had a chat with a person, who said that they have had that phone number for over 2 years and I misdialed. With that I called it again and got the same person.....
