By telephone, I ordered a Milinex Vacuum from a TV ad on Nov. 5. It was buy one, get one free, and cost was $195.00. On Nov 7 my MC account was charged $378 for "IGIA TEL8007118357 CA", which was all the information I had. In calling that number I spent several hours either getting busy signals or being on hold and then cut off. On Dec. 22 I finally got thru to a woman who told me that I had been charged for a double set of vacuums and she was immediately going to credit my account for $176. So far, my account has not been credited and there is no sign of the vacuums. I have not been able to contact IGIA since.
