I ordered 2 Singer Lazerstorm vacuums & a FREE Steamer and took advantage of the 3 EASY payment choice of $39.99. I received a bounced check notice from the bank and they had withdrawn $319.00. HELLO, the whole purchase should have just been for $120.00, plus S & H. I have called and wait on Eternal hold and then get conveniently cut off after holding 3 different times for 2 HOURS! I have e-mailed them on numerous occations. Still no response. I just want to cancel the order and make them pay for $48.00 in NSF charges. Totally Disgusted!

A little help....

Go to your bank and tell them what happened. Print a few of these reports as well as your own to back you up. They should refund your overdraft fees.

Call IGIA at (212) 575-0500 (A live person will pick up.) Ask for a supervisor. They might hang up a few times but keep trying. Tell them about your situation. Good Luck.
