Called number from TV infomercial. Got automated menu. They have our credit card info (possible identity theft??). Ordered 2 Wind Storm vacuums, filters, and steam cleaner with expedited shipping. Had a question the following day and spent hours trying to get through.
Auto system asked for phone number to access account, but said it "was not recognized". Tried 2 other phone numbers from their website igia.com and got identical auto system. Made so many attempts we lost count. Probably more than 30 attempts. Finally got a live human female after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes, but when she put us on "hold to look up account information" we were disconnected! Twice!!
Sent email to their customer care as instructed on their website. Came back same day as "undeliverable". They list no physical address, only a P.O. Box in New York City for a company that supposedly handles their payment transactions by money orders and checks.
Thoroughly disgusted and frustrated. Never saw anything even close to this level of incompetance in my life!

Although there was no communication from the IGIA company, our order actually ARRIVED!!! The order was complete, items were in good condition and everything is in good working order, so we're relieved. Just still baffled by the whole experience.
