1. City of Villains & PlayNC(people who manage the accounts and monthly fees aspect) shun these types of websites as they sell in game item for the American dollar. City of Villains & PlayNC ban or suspend anyone they find to be doing this and I've heard that in some cases have actually gone after the websites to get them shut down because selling in game items for profit actually violates the agreement players agree to upon installing the game. Buying a 30 day key however online is the same thing as buying it from Walmart of Bestbuy. It's just usually more convenient. In hindsight, I regret making a transaction with a website PlayNC and other MMORPG makers would LOVE to have shut down.

2. Online websites usually carry a 30 day key and a 60 day key. I saw on this website that there were a 30 day key and a 60 day key as well and I chose to purchase the 30 day key. The items had no further description beyond the title itself. It was approximately the going price of what the 30 day keys usually sell for. Unless you get them on Ebay that is.

3. I received notification that the item would be received within the day. In the end, I received the product more than two days later. I mentioned in an email to them that I was simply returning to the game and did not have an in game subscription before they had even informed they were out of stock of the item and it was pretty clear that I wanted a 30 day key and they chose not to inform me that it was not one. (I have documentation).

4. When the product was finally delivered and was not the 30 day key that I had been led to believe, I asked for a refund, and I was told what I ordered is what they delivered. They had to have known from email correspondence that it wasn't what they had led me to believe, but they must not have cared. Like I said...they got their money...customer satisfaction is irrelevant in this case to them.
