Noticed that I had a charge on my bank statement that I did not make. When I called the company to report it they were very rude and refused to credit my account. Explained to them numerous times after they transferred me 12 diffferent times that I did not sign up for their services and still refused to help me. When they finally agreed to transfer me to a supervisor the supervisor was unavailable and its been 4 days without a reply from them.
