Ihop Cooks gone bad Fort Lauderdale Florida

I am a currently an a server at this ihop i have worked at ihop before and moved to this area and i have never seen a ihop act like this. It was a busy afternoon and i was one of the only server still working. I was waiting for my food when i had a cook talking to me about things other than work . I asked him if i could have my food and i did not want to talk to him. That is when he throw the plate at me. I called the manager over to tell them about what happiened. A coworker was standing there and saw the whole thing. I told the manager what he did she went back there and asked him about it. He told her that he did throw the plate at me. What happiened to this Cook? NOTHING.

I then find out that he had throw a plate at a ex manager of ihop and nothing happiened to him. I work at this place and see all this just imagen what these customers see. I feel that this cook should of had some kind of write up or even to be fired. It goes to show you how ihop runs.
