they charged me for a call I didn't make. i never heard of this company. ild could not tell me the alleged telphone number I supposedly call nor could they tell me the length of the call. I do not have a long distance provider because of Qwest listening in on my calls. I use my cell phone instead. I told both Qwest and ILD I was going to report them to the FCC and the FTC and I did.
