I chose these guys to help with my automobile refinance. The guy that helped me cut several corners. However, he did get me a better rate. I have to give him credit for that. Yet, he failed to get me all of the necessary documents for my extended warranty, gap waiver, and interior and exterior protection coverage. He failed to mention how much they were, and I had no way to verify any of this without the supporting documents.

After calling several times, and always getting a voicemail, I finally got someone to send me email copies of the contracts. I then realized that I was severely overcharged for each of the services. One was supposed to be free, but I paid for it regardless. So, I asked for a refund once I was connected to yet another voicemail.

A week later I recieved email instructions on how to cancel the extra warranties. I submitted them that day. It was sold by National Auto. They cancelled my warranties, then in a very daft move, they sent the refund check to iLendingDirect.

I am sitting at 1 month, 17 days since I cancelled, and my check is being held onto by these clowns. I've threatened them with legal action, I've tried to reason with them. You can send any piece of mail in the continental US and it will reach it's location within 3 days.

They caused me to lose money that was borrowed because of their incompetence, and now they can't even get a check in the mail. National Auto should never be your choice for extended auto warranty.

iLendingDirect.com are a bunch of crooks, that fail to deliver, and steal your money from you.

You think Ripoffreport.com is your own personal blog. Well, sorry, but it isn't. You don't get to decide who is "invited" to comment on your situation. When you made it public, you invited all public comment. I'm a member of the public.

I expressed my opinion. You responded with a weird college football metaphor rant. Odd, but that's the way you expressed yourself. No one is going to ask your permission before responding to a post, sorry. Move along now.

I'm sure your high school football coach esque rambling of a rebuttle surely made you feel all the wiser. Yet, you used a rebuttle to state your opinion. Let me be the first to shed some much needed levity light upon you.

Nobody cares about your personal opinions. You are in no way included, or apart of this situation. If you must stroke your ego on the internet, might I suggest one of the thousands of political discussion threads. There, you can come in, play Monday morning quarterback, and fill that void with ease....

You "repeatedly" failed to get details that you wanted, and you signed anyway. That's a common theme in complaints like this- people are "in a hurry" or "rushed" or "trapped" or "fast-talked" or whatever, it's always the fault of the salesman who put a pen in your hand, a gun to your head, and made you sign. No.

If you couldn't get prices IN WRITING, you don't sign. If you don't sign, they can't get your money. This is not complicated. It does, however, require diligence, because in situations like this the salesperson and customer really are adversaries. Your greatest asset is that you control the money.

There is NOTHING they can do to get you to sign if you aren't satisfied. But you signed anyway. And now THEY have the money and YOU have to try to get it back. You've lost your position of advantage. Good luck. Next time, be ready to walk away if you don't understand everything and have it all in WRITING.
