So I pay ChildSupport and the judge awarded my ex with 4700 dollars and I already paid child support and owed nothing, but because I didn't know about the court date the judge went ahead and awarded this amount to her. Then I pay 250 child support to another woman and now Illinois is saying I have to pay my Ex 330 every month. The Problem is that I make about 1400 dollars every month and my Net pay is about 1100 dollars every month. How does Illinois figure off her pay. Which she makes more than I do. And 330 and 250 is 580 a month. So I live on 500 usd a month. How is this seriously calculated correctly? How does the New System help any? This is a scam system and I lost my house and will soon lose my job because I can't afford transportation or fuel. So Seriously how is this helping Kids exactly?
