You pay by credit card the shipping & handling fee of $4.95 for a free trial sample of the eye serum product. Then after 3-4 weeks your credit card is charged approximately $90.00 saying you ordered the full size product and must pay for it.
Calling this company did nothing, said I never ordered full size, but merely a free trial size and should not be charged $90.00. They didn't care. You have to pay!
It's a total ripoff!!! A real con! Their ad is extremely misleading & dishonest. Never ever order anything from Shark Tank ads or Illumaderm products. False advertising! Deceptive con artists!
