iluvfabrix.com WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRAUD, BAIT & SWITCH, El Paso Texas

On December 18, 2017 I paid via Pay Pal $418.44 for a “Last Fur Throw #bnc1307”which was advertised on their website, iluvfabrix.com “As seen in architectural Digest, outrageous luxe mink highest quality black parisian faux fur throw, Last one”.

After many, many, many phone calls and emails inquiring the whereabouts of this order on January 24, 2018 I received an email from Michelle Tennen that the blanket must be lost in the mail and they were shipping me a new one.

The blanket arrived the second week in February, wrapped in used UPS plastic.  The blanket is poor quality and definitely not what they advertised.  I have called, emailed, filed a complaint with Pay Pal for a full refund and nobody will get back to me.

Furthermore, I placed an order for 15 yards of fabric based on a sample piece of fabric that the company shipped to me on January 24, 2018.  I also paid an addition $500 for 2-day rush order shipping.  The total purchase was $1,059.80.  Again, I left many messages and emails inquiring the whereabouts of my fabric that did not arrive on schedule.  In fact, the fabric did not arrive until April 6, 2018.  The fabric that arrived was not the fabric that I ordered.

I have returned the fabric to the company's address according to the website because I don't know what else to do!  

I have emails, pay pal receipts and notes to verify the timeline and total lack of communication from anyone at the ILUVFABRIX company.  This company owes me a full refund for both products.  THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME.

Their false advertising and lack of communication should be warranted by all shoppers, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
