On Jan 15 2010 I purchased a 1998 Chevy pick up truck from this company. They did not have the title at the time of purchase. The affidavit stated I would have the title no later than 02-06-2010. The title has not been sent as of this date.(3/19/2010) The three phone numbers I have found on infomation all have been disconnected. To dated the company has not responded to my attorneys. I would like to get this resolved so I can plate and start to use the truck.

You should be able to see a manager at the DMV and apply for an abandonment title, if there are any leins on the truck then show them your sales agreement and ask that you entitle to atleast register the truck and get it legal to drive. If it is a stolen truck then you may have to give it up and sue for your money, sue the person on the sales agreement not the company, that way you can maybe put a lein on anything they own. and stop them from doing this to others. and report them to the police. If not, part it out and use the money to buy a new one.

The end of this report is:
After 3+ months I have the title in hand. After finding a valid phone number for David, I called David and had the title in 3 days. In my opinion you should make sure that all the I's are dotted and all the T's crossed when doing busness with this gentelmen. In my opinion this was a case of very sloppy business and should not have happen. I hope David and I both learned some from this.
