i purchased hp c4195a drum 4500 genuine new received damaged and not in original box and as per your e-mail returned to you also purchased same item again but never received, as per ups e-mail item got damaged in transit and returned to you. we have tried to contact you several times via e-mail for refund on both the items for total of $107.01 but you have never replied and or refunded above items monies which we paid to you by paypal. we also have complained with e-bay customer service.

This company only uses the name Image Warehouse as a trading name on eBay. We are an online stock photo agency "Image Warehouse LLC" and are a legitmately registered business and trademark holder of this name. We are at www.i-warehouse.com" If you need great photos, come see us. We are pursuing the removal of this company from eBay.
