very shady internet seo company. they never do the work after their lady saleswoman suckers you into a 5 year contract. they never pick up the phone as they screen calls. they are the far most worst seo company and web design company in the world. i wouldnt want my worst enemy to use their services. they use bait n switch tactics and is being sued by 1/2 of their clients. the FCC is already investigating their company from extortion and a whole bunch of other fraud cases.

We also wanted to clarify several points made in your complaint that are inaccurate. We do not offer 5 year contracts. Our service contracts are limited to 1 year only. iMatrix is not being sued by ½ our clients and are unsure where this information came from since it is false. Additionally, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) does not have iMatrix under investigation and iMatrix has never been under investigation by the FCC.
Lastly, we strive to ensure that our clients are happy with their iMatrix service and are getting the highest possible ROI.
