I called this company to rekey my locks.    The guy came out and gave me a price of over $200.00 for the service and I declined because of the high cost.  He starts his pitch and lowered to $175.   I said no I would just put new locks on the doors.  He was persistent, pushy, rude, threatening.   He said I owed him $10 for the estimate and I said no.  He said yes it was recorded when I called to get the service.   I asked to hear it I did not remember that and said no again.   I remember the phone call as $12.99 a lock?  He was acting as if he had  a recording on his phone.

  He threatened to call the police. I said go ahead.   He said he did and that I'd be fined too.   I finally got him out the front door and he points to where his car is parked and told me I would not be able to leave before the police got there.   He was parked blocking the driveway.   Seriously, I. Just looked at him.  What kind of a nut is this man?   What is wrong with him?    He is insane!    Has he never heard the word no Before.  His English was not great but I do believe he understood.  

He he finally drove off very slowly.   My neighbors said he could be dangerous and retaliate and do harm.  

i called his company and no one has returned my call other than the lady answering the phone.  I reAlize at this point that he took my key and I had no way of locking the house.  Several calls to them again.  First,I was told he would bring the key back and then told he did not have the key.

It was a threatening and scary experience.  That company should be closed down.  What they are doing is illegal and a form of extortion.   This riff raff should not be allowed to operate and steal from people.
