imperial Financial Links Inc. I recieved a letter in the mail saying i won $125,000.00 I did call about it to see if it was a scam he told me to call him as soon as i deposited the check of $3875.0 Toronto, Ontario

I recieved a letter in the mail telling me i won $125,000.00 . I was suppose to call Mr Jeff Nelson as soon as i deposited the check and paid the taxes of $2875.00 . My husband called him because it just couldnt have been possible . he ( jeff ) told my husband the $ 121,125.00 would come Fed Ex a few days following .

Of course it's a scam, just read the hundreds of similar scams on this site. If it was mailed to you, you need to turn it in to the post office and file postal fraud. The US government takes a dim view of this.
Never pay taxes up front and wake up.
