So, this individual buy the name of "Troy" booked a reservation for me and several of my friends one Saturday. I made sure to give ample notice for the occasion along with a deposit. Little did i know that if one of his "regular customers" was to come along and just so happen to need transportation on the fly that he would without question or concern terminate our agreement and accommodate his "friends/regular customers."
It took me several weeks to realize why in fact we had been denied services that i had already paid for and booked. What i found out was an in the weeks to come i would meet the person who replaced my reservation. I was not mad at my now new friend, just felt fortunate to have been luck enough to realize i had been SCREWED BY (TROY) AND IMPERIAL ONE LIMOUSINE SERVICE @ 3780 Tampa Road Oldsmar, FL 34677 (727) 809-1209!
Please if you read this and are looking to book a limo use anyone other than this company for your events! The service is horribly and the owner (Troy) is a very disrespectful and rude person! It amazes me that i can take an hour out of my day to do something like this in order to prevent others form experiencing something just as i did.

This complaint is completely false and did not happen. It's most likely another Limo Service trying to damage my reputation.
If anyone is truly in doubt, contact me and I'll provide you with several references.
