The letter I received is from Midland Ontario Canada notifying me of my winnings. The check for 4890 shows two addresses. One address is the one I have already given and the second address on the check shows Commerce Bank 15305 E Colfax Ave Aurora CO 80011-5987. I attempted to call the number given and no one answered. Looked too good to be true so I had to check the internet.
