I joined IMS Barter for $200, did a $4,000 paint job for another IMS Barter member named Rodney Morgan. Rod Morgan did not pay and IMS Barter refused to help me collect claiming they don't have a system in place for that. Essentially, IMS is part of the fraud. When I complained about this they cancelled my account.

IMS is not a good company, don't bother joining their trade organization, it's dangerous.
