IMT Westlake Village Apartments IMT Worst rental experience ever Westlake Village California

 Worst apartment building MANAGEMENT ever. I have been renting in different states all my life. My job requires me to move from state to state every couple of years or so. Resided in 11 different apartment complexes over the last 25 years, this was my worst experience ever. They are very nice at the beginning until they lure you in then after that the nightmares begin. Nicole, who someone wrote that she does a good job keeping up with the complex is a total BS. She is one of the worst. Let me just not give you an opinion but state facts: 1. Three items I asked to be fixed the day I moved in. After asking again and again and again I finally gave up and paid someone to fix them for me. BTW, didn't get a response the entire year I lived there. 2. They charged me a "fully refundable (BS)" one month in advance. 3. They charged me when I moved out for the items I paid to fix myself. Guess how much was the charge? You got it, came out to the full amount I paid as a deposit...amazing how that happens. 4. Although I gave them a three months’ notice and I paid the entire lease amount they send me a demand letter for an additional month for no reason or explanation or whatsoever. 5. I made the mistake of asking for clarification of the charges. Instead of receiving a response I got a letter one month later from a "collection agency". 6. I sent a Prof of ALL transactions and showed I PAID in full, no one cared and it showed up on my credit report. 7. When you look at any complaints about this complex at "Yelp" (which I strongly recommend that you do, you will see a "standard" answer from management to ALL complaints, "I am sorry you feel that way, we always strive to do our best...blablabla" 8. I sent ALL Profs to those management people who take the time to write BS answers on "Yelp" and guess what...They didn't even acknowledge my correspondence, why? Because they don't care...they never did and never will. 9. I AM STILL LIVING THIS NIGHTMARE EVEN ONE YEAR AFTER I LEFT THAT AWFUL PLACE. Atef Halaka
