We hired Shaun Smith of In Demand Web Solutions to build our company's new website, we paid him thousands of dollars and in return received nothing but excuses and delays, than he disapeared. It turns out that Shaun farms all of his work to India and doesn't understand website design at all. Kind of ironic that he owns a website design company don't you think?
Anyway, save yourself the headache and don't use Shaun Smith at In Demand Web Solutions! You will get ripped off!

Is this an april fool’s joke? You want John Buckingham of Med Results to comment on people who you are calling scam artists. Google this guy, he has bankrupt one company already and was sued by people he left out to dry, that was before being kicked out of arizona state for using school funds to get boozed up with hookers in his hotel room while on travel.

Please note we apologize that the information provided previously was slightly skewed. Shaun Smith provided a service which he Unfortunately couldn't fulfill due to uncontrollable circumstances. Shaun was honorable and refunded us 100% of our investment. Unfortunately we were contacted by one of Shaun's 3rd party programers who promised to have our site up and running just after we severed ties with Shaun. It was Oleg Kraviloski(SP)? who took our down payment to have Shaun's design work put into a functional website. Oleg took our money and thereafter changed his number and tried to claim Shauns "work" as his own. Shaun is a good designer his only mistake was hiring the wrong programmers.

Another False Accusation from Level 13 Media

Roger (aka Eric & Nicole Pulizzano from Level 13 Media)- please stop making these false claims and putting our clients contact information on this website. If you are looking at this post and are wondering to use InDemand Web Solutions, if you do decide to call John Buckingham, he will in fact inform you that we refunded 100% of thier website payment and gave them the entire website design Photoshop file.
It is because of Level 13 Media which we outsourced for development, where the project went south. I have talked with other businesses who have used Level 13 Media and they have very similar stories of Eric and Nicole not only ripping them off on their website projects but going as far as posting annonymous bad reviews and false accusations about the clients company, which is what they have done to InDemand.
Roger (Level 13 Media) - As far as your post goes for taking us to court...we would be happy to see you in court. Please do follow through with your claim.
Below is other similar posts from clients about Eric & Nicole who have multiple companies.

Scammer is trying to Scam

So Roger are we scammers who take companys money or do we use India for development? Which one is it? This scam post is false. Clearly Roger does not even know what to post. Even though we do not use India..when did using India become a scam? Many large corporations outsource there work to India. Anyways....
I have come to realize that this so called Roger Johnson, who InDemand has never worked with before and seems to have no contact info or company name, is in fact Eric or Nicole from Level13Media. A husband and wife web development team in Florida. I know this is Level13Media because they used Roger Johnson as a fake contact name for another account under Level13Media.
We outsourced one of our projects to Level13Media because we got overwhelmingly busy. They seemed like really nice people in the beginning but turned into a nightmare. In return we were given false promises, lost contact with them for weeks at a time (due to a storm supposedly/Eric was in the Hospital) we missed our project deadline and had to cancel the project with the client. Eric even offered that he would refund the money at one point. So we did accept his offer for the return and he never got back to us. We decided to cancel our credit card payment since the site was not even close to being done and Level13Media was no longer in contact.
From then on, things just got worse and worse. Level 13 Media contacted our client giving them false information, we started receiving bad reviews on yelp from this so called Roger from an anonymous company and now we have to deal with this Ripoff Report, when in fact we are the ones who go ripped off.
