I am seeing online that this company, using promotion name, In Touch Movie Rebate Survey, is ripping off people beginning at least one year ago. Mine was 4/30/03 and I see that it is still going on to present. How much longer before these guys are shut down?

I am all for reporting companies that are ripping off consumers, but In Touch came through with my rebate in 12/03 in a very prompt timeframe. I thought I would have to follow-up, but they immediately processed my refund. No questions were asked.

I had no problem dealing with In Touch Marketing, Inc., but I made sure I followed their instuctions for the rebate. Maybe the consumers that had a problem didn't follow their detailed instructions.
