This company has reps that lie and get people to invest in the company via a debenture bond. The bond has a option to get stock once this option is taken the stock's value is never set by the comany so it is basically worth nothing. If you let the bond mature then the company does not have to pay you until they satisfy the other creditors they have they have stolen more the 500,000 dollars and are still in business. many people lost all of there money and savings.
