Incline Group Took $1500 to help with my taxes and did nothing. Will not return calls. boulder, Colorado

I hired Incline in May 2009 to help with my penalties and fines for IRS.  I paid them $1500.  James was the person helping me.  I was already on a payment plan but they set me up on another and then never did anything else.  When I called him I was told he no longer worked for the company and got Tim who was gonna help me.  He told me he needed all this information I already gave them last year.  He said he was gonna file again and would get back with me.  When I tried to call he never answered and never got back with me.  I tried to call the company and just got a recording.  I don't want anyone else to get ripped off by them.  I lost $1500 I could have just appllied to my taxes!
