Once again Kevin " Don't worry I'll make this right" Fox is unable to tell a whole truth. The Better Business Bureau has not thrown this out. Incognito Express and Military Vehicle Relocators have the same address, phone number, and owner. Therefore, they are one in the same. And operated with the same business practice. My original story stands. Thank you for your time, I hope I helped save you some grief.

Unfair Rating/Review - not a client with Incognito Express

This customer has not done business with my company! There isn't a Contract on a file with Incognito Express and I'm at a loss how my company can get this negative review. I feel that proof should be acquired from the customer stating these allegations. Incognito Express and Military Vehicle Relocators are two totally different companies with separate DOT and MC #'s registered with the FMCSA. This customer also filed a report with the BBB which was throw out because there was never a Contract with Incognito Express. He was asked to provide a Contract stating he conducted business with my company and couldn't produce one.
it doesnt seem fair that a company can receive a negative review when they never conducted business with them. I had no Contract with this customer and never even spoke to him.

05/30/2013 (day of my flight to Germany) Discover from German contact that my motorcycle is NOT in Germany. Delay my flight 8 days. 4:53pm telephone conversation with Kevin Fox he apologizes, tells me not to worry, agrees to reimburse me for flight change cost when my trip is over.

Once I obtain rental motorcycle forced to hurry to Rome, Italy in time to meet wife and daughter and the make the opening of European Harley-Davidson Rally which includes a bike blessing by the Pope.

In addition, contract states motorcycle will be returned to me. Again, not the case as I must rent a truck, travel to Cincinnati, Ohio to clear customs and pick up myself. Then return to Lexington, Ky and rent a forklift to unload.

In response to the Complaint Review, It was thoroughly explained to the customer that all shipments outside of the U.S. have to travel by means of boats, planes, trains etc until the final destination. During transit to other Countries, all vehicle must have certain documentations to enter Customs/Ports. There are NO guarantees of the duration a vehicle will remain in custody at these Ports. It was advised to the customer that overseas shipping can take 6-8 weeks until it reaches the final destination. The customer knowingly signed a Contract that clearly states delivery dates are an "estimate only". In the Transportation Industry, there are NO guarantees for no one can control weather, acts of God, mechanical failures/breakdowns, Air Line delays, Custom/Ports delays while going to Countries outside of the U.S. etc
With 30 + years in the Transportation Industry, my reputation is sacred and I offered to reimburse the customer $450 for his inconveniences. I do know that not all companies would do this. I have tried to reconcile with the customer numerous times over the past few months will no avail.
With this being said, I am in total disagreement to this review. All information was provided to the customer prior to booking his overseas shipping order. I have the signed Contract dated on March 1, 2013 that indicates that "Dates are an estimate only" I'm at a loss to how the customer considers my company had any control over the delay for entry into a foreign country with his Motorcycle.
