Incpass.net -pay-webaccess.com took money out of my account without authorization i did not purchase anything from these people I Do Not Know Where This Company Is Located As I Have Not Gone To Their Website. internet

My mom and I went to my bank today to take out some money, only to find that this website has removed money from my account.
they hit my account twice in the last week.
I put a freeze on my account so no more cash could be withdrawn.
