Indendent Savings Plan Co. Overwhelmed, fustrated, deceptive feeling, intimidated. Odessa Florida

 I purchased a water purification unit from a water company and it was financed through ISPC. The water company never honor the maintenance of the unit but I kept making payments for the unit. ISPC put a lien on my home and soonafter I filed for bankruptcy due to a financial hardship and health issues. My mortgage was modified and I drop the bankruptcy. Now ISPC motion to the court to put a wage garnishment on my salary. This company used unfair intimidating tactics and between penalties/default fees it became almost impossible to pay this debt. I have a pending court hearing with them to attempt to stop garnishment. A true nightmare.............
