This company has unlawfully charged my bank account for Plus membership fees to a credit card I never applied for nor have received under my sisters name and address and my old phone number. The bank will do nothing unless I press fraud charges on my sister who does not even live near me nor have access to my account information. Please advise any suggestions on resolving this issue and beware.
