Today 17 May 2017, I rec'd a letter staing my annual membership of $19/month was due for renewal, and I should check that my credit card number was current!
I have never joined INH or agreed to any payment deduction from my credit card, nor received any newsletters either in my mailbox or my trash mail box.
Consequently I require a refund of any monies erroneously or feloniously deducted from my account. The reverse of the letter states my supposed Account #: (((REDACTED)))
