Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
A few months ago we decided to purchase our walk-in tub from a company called Independent Home. The representative named Jack told us many things about the tub and installation process which were not true. We have had many problems with their product since we purchased it and they have been very reluctant to help us. This is a poorly desinged walk-in tub, the installation was shoddy and their customer service has lied to us and has not been helpful.

We are unaware of a Mary in NY that has purchased a walk in bathtub recently and would love if we could speak with her directly.
Jack is a terrific representative here and is always available to assist in any way he can. Jack would never mislead anyone under any circumstance.
Our installation is always top notch and you never would have paid the balance if you were not satisfied. We always have that policy in place so that the customer does not pay the balance until they are completely satisfied with the tub and installation before the crew leaves.
Please let us know how we can help because this review seems to be quite vague and negative for no particular reason. We don’t believe this review to be accurate and we are concerned about its validity. Nobody takes more pride in their customers and service than us at Independent Home. We hope we are able help or address any concerns in the future.
