My son wanted two shirts he saw on industrialshirts.com for Christmas. We ordered on 12/9 and received only one of the shirts but were charged for both. We emailed 4 times to the email address on the website but NO response.

We called our bank to stop the charge but it had already been "processed". They gave us a number for Paypal. Paypal said they wouldn't refund because it wasn't an "eBay" purchase (not sure what that had to do with it).

The site has no phone number and they continue to ignore our emails regarding this matter. My recommendation, avoid this site.
