Dear sir or ma'am,

I currently signed up on the people smart website for personal use; in order to use the site there were fees and and a seven days free- trial.  I signed up for the trial period for less than a dollar; there was also an option to delete my credit card information from my profile page.

At the end of the trial period, approximately eight or nine days later my credit card was billed a second time, although I had not cancelled my account. I took advantage of the trial, but didn't want the service long term.
