I purchased two items  and they were both defective and or missing parts.  I requested a refund  they agreed but wanted me to pay the return shipping cost.  I already paid extra $5.99 for shipping from Toronto and the cost to return same parcel  was $16.44 so I refused .They then sent me a 15% discount on my next order in replace of me keeping the items. what a joke
