I sold my vehicle to Infinity of Roseville, located at 800 Automall Dr, Roseville, CA 95661, on August 12, 2021. I was due balance of payoff withing 30-days. I contacted the dealership for payment on 09/13/21, 09/23/21, 09/24/21, 09/28/21 and again on 10/01/21 requesting status of payment. I was told the check would be ready for pickup on 09/24/21. I was told on 09/24/21 that it wouldn't be ready until 09/27/21. On 09/27/21 I was told it would be ready for pickup on 09/28/21.

On 09/28/21 I was told that it was mistakenly mailed to me on 09/24/21. I called 15 times on 10/01/21 and the receptionist woudn't answer my calls. She continued to push me to the business office, and they wouldn't take my calls either. I finally pretended to be interested in a car and got to Nadine, a finance manager, who was able to find the folks in the office that were avoiding my calls. She said they sent my check to me today, 10/01/21, and I should expect to receive it next week.

Although the dealership kept telling me the check wasn't ready, I finally got a copy of the check and it was printed on 08/13/2021! So, all this time they had the check and chose not to give it to me.

Shady, shady, shady...

I buy cars often, and I have a standing 20-year relationship with BMW and I have never been treated like this. This was their opportunity to create a realtionship with someone that has spent $1M in car purchases in the last 15 years. They blew it by being fraudsters.

a poem about the CEO of Infinity and posting it here at Ripoff Report. Maybe it will humiliate him to the extent where he quits his position, just like the CEO of Toyota did in September of 2007.

***Anyone in the world can type in 269840 at this site and read Ripoff Report #269840. It was the first of many poems posted at this site, which was about the CEO of Toyota. The poem is entitled “SLUDGE POEM”.

FACT: Jim Press, Toyota’s CEO, quit his position exactly two week after Sludge Poem was posted at this site.

It would be logical to conclude that...

the reason they did not send you the check was due to the fact that the money probably wasn’t available in their account. Almost every New Car Dealer in America is struggling, due to the “chip” shortage.

Another reason that most New Car Dealers are struggling is due to the fact that they do not have enough used vehicle inventory in order to maintain sales like before, which allows profitability for the dealership. The largest Used Auto Dealer in America is buying the majority of the used cars, trucks, and SUV’s. They are out-bidding the New Car Dealers and now have plenty of inventory for 2022.

My guess is that 20% of the New Car Dealers in America will go bankrupt sometime in 2022. Americans are now realizing that most traditional New Car dealerships utilize deceptive and fraudulent sales tactics on many of their customers. Nissan owns Infinity. Nissan is being exposed for faulty transmissions in some of their vehicles.

Anyone can go to BING and type in: ROGUE TRANSMISSION LAWSUIT, and read the related articles on the web. A mechanic told me to stay away from all Nissan vehicles, except their trucks.

***It’s too bad that they “tricked” you. Shame on Infinity, which is owned by Nissan. Feel free to type in 281113 at this site and read Ripoff Report #281113. I believe that Nissan was mentioned in that Report.

Good luck to you!
