Infocall.us I received an email today welcoming me to my new service. I never even heard of theis company much less joined anyservice. I have emailed them and will be calling as well. Phone bill charges not authporised Forest Lake, Minnesota

I received an email welcoming me to a service I never joined. I am perplexed as to how they got my full name, proper address and phone #. I can only assume this is a scam or someone has perpetrated a fraudulant sign up with my information. I will be disputing and investigating the source of the "account" activation.

People who are victems of this "scam" should call the number and make sure you cancel it. The next step is to request the info which was submitted to the "sign up" form with the IP address. The IP address I received was 165.245.244.146 which traced back to Assurant, Inc.. I have proceeded with a request to them for details regarding any and all traffic through this address and we'll see what happens.
Just FYI I have never had any dealings with this company so there is no reason why they should be privy to my info. My suspicion is that there is an individual and or organization perpetuating fraud through thier servers... we shall see.
