Infomastery LLC Ryan Deiss & Kate Buck Jr Never heard from them again after I paid the $97. Their phone is disconnected and emails and support tickets are unanswered. Austin, Texas

This is indeed a scam. I purchased their Social Media Manager program for $97. Thankfully, I charged it to my credit card, so I will dispute the charges.
The course was a real joke. Just general, worthless information. There is nothing of value on their members page.
I attempted to contact them to cancel. The phone number on the web site is disconnected. I tried to submit a ticket on Ryans site and it links to an error page and my emails are unanswered.
I had a false sense of security that I could cancel and receive a refund if I didn't like what they provided. Next time I will check here first before purchasing anything online.

My name is Victoria, and I am the customer support manager for Infomastery and the Social Media Manager product you are referencing.
First off, I'm very sorry that you were dissatisfied with the training. We still stand by the course, but we know it isn't right for everyone which is why we offer a money back guarantee.
I'm even more sorry, however, that you had difficulties contacting us.
Please know that we haven't gone anywhere, and that we are happy to process your refund. In fact, we even setup a backup phone number to ensure that whatever problems we were having with our phone system the day you called in don't happen again. Here are our two customer support numbers, so if you still have problems with the first number please call the second one:
512-600-4363
512-749-1388
We can also be reached online at: http://drivingtraffic.zendesk.com
Again, I'm very sorry about all this. I sincerely hope you'll give us a chance to make it right.
