I order this product with the understanding that I could send in the cancellation form during the trial period if I did not want it.

I followed the directions I was given in order to return it.  I sent the packing slip along with the returns form via FedEx.

I was informed by the company that FedEx "had opened the package and faxed the forms which were illegible."  I was told to fax the documents which I did along with the FedEx signature confirmation and asked that they contact me regarding my refund as well as the packing slip to return the product.

I then contacted my bank with the suspicion that this was a scam and, at my banks, suggestion, canceled my debit card before they were able to charge another $1,200.

I believe this is a scam perpetrated against people who do not speak good English and who do not know how to defend themselves against this kind of fraud.

I have since been contacted by the company indicating I owed the final payment of $1,200.00.  When I told them about this situation, I was told, "The computer tells me you owe the money so you need to pay."

Do not buy from these people.  They make any excuse the can to delay so you are stuck with their product.

Ingles Sin Barreras- use caution

I order this product with the understanding that I could send in the cancellation form during the trial period if I did not want it. I followed the directions I was given in order to return it. I sent the packing slip along with the returns form via FedEx. I was informed by the company that FedEx "had opened the package and faxed the forms which were illegible." I was told to fax the documents which I did along with the FedEx signature confirmation and asked that they contact me regarding my refund as well as the packing slip to return the product. I then contacted my bank with the suspicion that this was not entirely honest and, at my banks, suggestion, canceled my debit card before they were able to charge another $1,200. I have since been contacted by the company indicating I owed the final payment of $1,200.00. When I told them about this situation, I was told, "The computer tells me you owe the money so you need to pay." I believe some operators make excuses to delay so you are stuck with their product.

Contrary to my beliefs stated in the original complaint, the company has now agreed to take back the product and cancel the contract.

In the statement from the company below, they state that they tried to contact me for the return. I cannot confirm this because I had to call-block them after they repeatedly, aggressively, and rudely called demanding payment even after I filed with the BBB.

Below is the resolution offered through the Better Business Bureau (which I highly recommend).
