n**i/mafia style ambush by Inglewood SGT Sheriff Pickens, Wells Fargo NA, USB, & NWTS Lawyers Shahed Shahandeh, Rosemary Nguyen-Hong, and Kathy Shakibi. Could This Happen To You One XMAS?

On December 19, 2013 as my youngest son and I were leaving our home of over 22 yrs, the week of XMAS, we were ambushed by Thugs!

Two of the Thugs approached my son and I without identifying who they were, not showing any documents as to why they were there nor on whose authority!

They both wore uniforms that had what appeared to be law enforcement badges and the car parked in front of my house was a sheriffs vehicle. The third person who stood there with them was dressed in a suit and observed as though he had an investment and a right to. Be there.

My son and I both were in shock as we asked to see anything that gave them the authority to just ambush us like escaped criminals!

Sheriff Pickens Never gave her name nor did the other sheriff.

We were ordered to go no further, told we could not enter our home and threatened to be physically harmed by gunfire as Sheriff Pickens kept her hand at all times on her weapon.

They questioned us as to our names and whether anyone else was inside our home. I told them my mother of 92 yrs old.

We were told we could go back inside to get her. They gave us 15 minutes to get our stuff and get out!

There was no writ posted on the door only an eviction notice displaying to the community my name and sheriff Pickens name.

How could this happen in the USA that my uncles fought in for in the Army and The Navy? I felt as though I was in a Third World Country and I Was being arrested for a crime I did not commit arrested by Thugs Operating under the color of some authority I knew not which?

Was this really a Lawful Eviction? No! As the Writ was rejected by the court and in November when it was brought by Sheriff Fletcher to my home it was the Inglewood Sheriff who told me that very same writ was void and had to go back to USB and to the court because it had been rejected by the judge and my sons name was not on it!

In California Known Occupants cannot be evicted unless their names are on the writ. My son had a claim of right of possession filed with the Sheriffs Office since October. Therefore the Sheriff Knew he could not be evicted without his name appearing! This is a Clear, Malicious, and intentional Violation of The Law perpetrated by the Sheriff for USB/Wells Fargo NA and Northwest Trustee Services!

Kathy Shakibi, Shahed Shahandeh, Rosemary Nguyen-Hung, Donna Oh, Edward T Weber, All Lawyers at Routh Crabtree Olsen PS hired by Northwest Trustee Services, the hired guns forUSB and Wells Fargo NA!

All of these criminals worked together to wrongfully evict my family and I on the very same day that the judge would have had to give mea Stay due to the Fraud of their Actions being presented by me that same day at 1:30 pm!

Judge Jay H Ford, a recent appointee of Gov Brown, is a corrupt judge who smiled and nodded at the banks specially appearing lawyer moments before the hearing!carl Schaff III approached the bench and told the judge that the hearing was moot since I had just been evicted!

Who told Sheriff Pickens To Issue A Void Writ? Why That Day? Why wouldn't Sheriff Pickens Show my son the writ when she knew his name nor my mothers name were on the writ?
