I ordered PCShowbuzz as it promised access to popular TV shows. This is not true. The only TV programmes available are completely unheard of stations and places.

I asked for a refund, and filled in all the required documents and sent them off. I received an email saying they hadn't received them. I sent them off again. This has been going on for a month.

My credit card has been debited, but no-one from the company will accept my refund request.

I am now sending all the documentation to the Singapore Government Advocate General.

I strongly recommend that people stay clear of this company.
