I ordered a t-shirt in mid-november 2007 and never recieved anything. I started to call 2 weeks after my order and money were taken. I spoke with someone once assuring me that my t-shirt was on the way. Now its February and still nothing. If what you are looking for is to pay for a shirt and never receive it---this is the way to go. I am absolutely astounded also that the BBB in greater New Orleans has not responded to my complaints either. I contacted them 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. AMAZING--Is this how all businesses are run in Louisiana?

I just received a phantom e-mail from inkontees saying once again that my refund was in the mail.. With no tracking number and no response to my reply e-mail I highly doubt that it is on the way. It's almost as if they give you just enough to not take legal action. I have currently hired an attorney and we are looking into every possible remedy to get my refund. Wish me Luck!!
