Innovus Pharme, the makers of Vesele capsules reneged on their promise to return my $224.4 charges for a 3 month supply of their sexual performance enhancing health capsules. When I called them to cancel my order their clerk, Jim, said that I did NOT have to return the unused capsules so I did not return them. When I discovered that they did not credit my account with my payment, I called them and complained at which time they said I was suppose to return the unused capsules. When I said I was specifically told NOT to return them. they hung up on me.

Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc won't refund my money after I got an RMA from them and have proof they received the return. Nationwide

I purchased four bottles of Vesele from them for $221.74 on Augusst 30, 2018.  I didn't want to use Vesele because I'm too old to use it and it may be harmful to me. I never opened any bottle and asked and received an RMA number to return the bottles to them. I sent the bottlles back to them on September 24, 2018 by USPS with the RMA number and inside the package, and I have the tracking number that indicates they received the package on September 26, 2018.

I was informed by the customer service representative they will deduct from my refund their cost of shipping of $8.95 plus a restocking fee of $10.00 when they gave me the RMA number, which brings the total refund down to $202.79.  I was also told by the same customer service representative the refund will appear on the same credit card account I used to pay for the bottles of Vesele within three days after they received the bottles.  It is now four days after my credit card was to have the refund of the $202.79.

I've been trying to phone the company for the past two days and nobody answers the phone.  I contacted the company direictly from their web site damanding the refund be made to my credit card account by or before Octoober 15, 2017.  I have all the proof needed to file a claim in Small Claims court and may do so if the refund isn't made to my credit card account by October 15, 2018.

The company is a publically traded company listed on the stock exchange under the stock symbol INNV. I viewed the SEC filings for the company and learned the company is not making enough profit to reduce their debt.  The company is operating at a deficit.  This indicates to me, the company is using my money for daily operations rather than refunding the money owed to those who have an RMA number and have returned the product(s) purchased. The legalty of them doing this is questionable.  I don't care if they do this, I only want my refund and I'll go away.

We are responding to report #1354409. We reviewed the report and background information and believe that the person who posted the complaint did not purchase Vesele from us. Thus, we believe he is just posing as a customer to misinform other potential customers. He attempted to purchase Sensum+ product late 2016, but his credit card was rejected.


We at Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. value all our customers and our goal is to give the best quality of product. We also provide necessary information to ensure the customers will get the full benefits they expect.
